Aveeno Baby Diaper Rash Cream, Fragrance Free, 3.7-Ounce Tube ReviewThis stuff is AWESOME. As a cloth-diapering mom, it is the ONLY diaper rash ointment I will use. With cloth diapers, all other diaper rash products containing zinc oxide also contain cod liver oil. Once cod liver oil gets into cloth diapers, it is a LOT of time and labor to get the fish smell out.
The zinc oxide in this product is not derived from cod liver oil and therefore leaves no residue and no odor in our diapers. I love the fact that I can pronounce all the ingredients and that there are no chemicals leaching into my daughter's skin. She doesn't get diaper rash often, but when she does it's terrible. This stuff clears it right up, while Desitin, A&D and even Boudreaux's Butt Paste never did.
